merantiManila, Philippines - For The Meranti at Two Serendra, it’s always been about celebrating the things that make life worth living  and the recently held Passion Festival became the definitive setting where passions came together.

“The Meranti ushered in a tangible lifestyle anchored on the different passions of our market,” begins Jennylle Tupaz, Project Development Group Head of Alveo Land. “For this event, the intent was to really underscore the unique amenities at The Meranti where we envisioned a place that our future residents could enjoy a convergence of different passions.”
Invited guests were able to get a glimpse of the lifestyle that The Meranti had to offer beginning with the Frostbite station, where a cupcake decorating demonstration from the popular Cupcakes by Sonja patisserie gave a foretaste of the possibilities at The Meranti’s Culinary Studio, a professional-grade kitchen and dining area where Meranti residents can host parties of up to 30 people.

A passion for the arts was addressed by Movements in Music, a string quartet and mime performance, a preview of the artistic presentations that will be hosted at the Stellar Peak, The Meranti’s landscaped roof deck. Aside from inspiring artistic passions, the Stellar Peak is also an avenue for family and friends to bond during intimate gatherings.

Quieter passions were on deck at A Different Bookstore’s Tales to Tell station, where the passion for reading was highlighted by a book sale and storytelling session for children. This is the kind of activities that families can enjoy at The Meranti’s interactive Discovery Hall.

Stylist Donna Cuna-Pita was also on hand at the Sartorial Selections station, where her tips on dressing right were a preview of the parties that residents could throw in The Meranti’s Tropical Garden, glass-enclosed party venue that can accommodate up to 300 guests.

And for those whose passion lies in wine, Cav hosted a tasting at the Sip Code station, a prelude to the after-hours get-togethers at The Meranti’s Enterprise Lounge.
