DMCI Homes Rhapsody ResidencesMANILA, Philippines — Today’s modern home set up is best represented by various condominium projects located in different parts of the city. The low maintenance homes, not to mention the modern amenities that usually come with a unit, define the convenient lifestyle of choosing a condo for an address.

What sets projects apart from other developments usually boils down to other factors: Location, budget, and with today’s savvy buyer – the architectural design of a future community.

DMCI Homes, a pioneer in introducing themed communities around the metro, is introducing a new project that will showcase an elegant taste in home design and spacious resort-inspired amenities.

Rhapsody Residences, a mid-rise, nine-building community situated along the East Service Road in Muntinlupa City, was conceptualized to embody a Neo-Asian architectural design for the modern urban dweller with a taste for traditional aesthetics.

This new project embodies the clean lines and minimalist style of Asian design combined with a modern feel of wood structures and nature-inspired amenities.

The Neo-Asian architecture is reflected not only through the buildings, but throughout the development, from the gate entrance to the landscaped driveway, from the clubhouse and the amenities to the greenery.

The whole look of the place creates an ambience that is softened and made homier by landscaped greens and pocket gardens that refreshes the environment.

Units and shared areas are described as a well-designed combination of concrete and wood, furnished with modern elements such as linear windows and roof accents.

The combination of cream, white, and brown reflects a bold statement of merging the old and the new to create homes that are modern yet conventional.

Each building will also be highlighted by DMCI Homes’ signature single loaded corridors where homes open to a view of the garden atriums landscaped with ornamental plants. That eliminates the constricting feel associated with living in a condo. The atrium and corridors also allow natural air and light to circulate freely, saving more on energy and resources.

The Neo-Asian ambience is brought out of the building through pocket gardens and landscaped areas located around the community. There will also be parks, a basketball court, and a spacious play court for residents with active lifestyles.

A modern "tea house" – a cabana-like shaded area amidst the greens – offers a quiet spot in Rhapsody where residents can commune with nature, even during social activities. Koi ponds also add a touch of "Asia" to the community.

The Clubhouse, designed with a trellis for a contemporary Asian look, will also house the Lounge and Bar area, function rooms, fitness gym, game room, and entertainment room.

Homes are spacious for starting and growing families. Available are two-bedroom units that are roomier than the usual condo homes – with space ranging from 54 to 77 sqm.

There’s also a Property Management Office (PMO) that will provide services for future residents.
