Trion TowersMANILA, Philippines – Bonifacio Global City in Taguig has emerged as a model city that not only offers modern conveniences, but an array of leisure options one usually finds outside the city. In that community, Robinsons Land Corporation has introduced Trion Towers, a development under Robinsons Residences, designed to define the urban lifestyle brand.

Already into its construction phase, the project is rising at the corner of Eight Avenue cor. McKinley Parkway, a three-tower, 49-story high rise with a modern tri-axial design that complements the vibe of this city of the future. Besides the design’s visual impact – both from the outside and from the inside, it also features the Tri-Axial Fresh Flow System (TFFS) that provides natural lighting and ventilation in every unit.

Cuts available are one-bedroom flat units (ranging from 37.62 to 55.30 sqm), two-bedroom flat units (54.18 to 76.20 sqm), and three-bedroom flat units (88.32 to 114.30 sqm), all with picture windows that take advantage of the views beyond the boundaries of Bonifacio Global City. Many units also feature a balcony, which should enhance the after-hours entertaining. Unit prices range from P3.6 million to P12.3 million.

Residents will also be pleased with different amenities such as the well-designed lobby of each tower with a reception/security desk, high-speed lifts, along with daycare/playroom, game room, fitness center, library/lounge with free Wi-Fi Internet access, spa, mini theater and videoke room. Outdoors, there are the adult and kiddie pools, decorative ponds and refreshing fountains at the Central Plaza, kiddie play area, bicycle tracks, jogging paths, reading nooks and meditation garden.

Units in Tower 1 are nearly sold-out, and units in Tower 2 were recently opened for selling.

Robinsons Residences’ other projects in Bonifacio Global City are Fifth Avenue Place, McKinley Park Residences and The Fort Residences.
